Summit Mini Makers Block Fee
Full 14-day block booking for our Mini Makers programme. Best value for the whole holiday.
Summit Weekly Fee
A full week of creative making, designing and inventing at Summit Makers.
Summit Daily Fee
Drop in for a single day of hands-on making and creative play.
Summit Trip Day
An off-site adventure day, including transport, entry and supervision.

Refund & cancellation policy
Cancellations by parents
- More than 14 days before the session: full refund minus a 5% admin fee.
- 7–14 days before: 50% refund or full credit toward a future session.
- Less than 7 days before: non-refundable, but we can transfer to another date subject to availability.
Illness
If your child is unwell, please let us know as early as possible. With a doctor's note we will offer a credit for a future session.
Cancellations by Summit Makers
In the rare event we have to cancel a session, you will receive a full refund or a credit, whichever you prefer.
How to request a refund
Email admin@thesummitgroup.org.uk or call 0121 339 5169 with your child's name, the session booked and the reason. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 7 working days.
